I started the New Year feeling a little drained after the holidays and traveling. December felt like a marathon!
This is especially true for us mamas who tend to take on the majority of the holiday related responsibilities. So, instead of setting goals (which probably feels yucky if you’re drained), set an intention of taking your time in figuring out what you want for this year. Take some pressure off yourself and rejuvenate.
