nadi shodhana (alternate nostril breath)


I love starting my yoga practice with breath work. It anchors me in the present moment and sets the tone for my whole practice.

This breath is said to balance the two hemispheres of the brain.  I can say from my practice that I do feel more balanced after practicing this breath!  Give it a try 🙂
